The Ironwood Ridge String Department is an award-winning branch of our Fine Arts family. We offer many opportunities for performance in the areas of concert, chamber, solo, and informal ensembles. Our students have continued on to some of the finest post-high school ensembles, programs, and schools in the country. The Ironwood Ridge music program maintains high expectations of all musicians by stressing music literacy, the importance of musical fundamentals, and a instilling a strong sense of musical pride in all students. All Ironwood Ridge music students will also develop essential life-skills such as strong work-ethic, perseverance, self-motivation, and teamwork - all in the constant pursuit of musical excellence.
